Surrender to the Silence of Being
let yourself be taken by the Grace of God
offer yourself like a flower
to the One you love
to the One who has never left
to the One who has always been Here
right Here
in the Heart of your Being
the One who is closer than close
the breath inside your breath
your own Self
your Beloved
who calls to you now
through the Silence
inviting you now
to lay everything down
let it all go
as you flow
downstream
letting everything fall away
and discovering what remains
here eternally
as the radiant truth of your Being
you don't have to try and make this happen
it is happening perfectly by itself
by this pure life intelligence
which is alive in every tiny atom of creation
and all we can ever do is let it
let it take care of us
until there is no more sense of us
or you or me
and there is only this
this flowing aliveness
this thoughtless presence.
