The Heart knows what it wants. It knows what it needs. And sometimes this doesn’t feel comfortable. But the Heart is the Home and it will take us deep, deep, deep beyond the restless searching of the mind and into the depths of love where all separation dissolves and you find yourself renewed, restored, fulfilled.

It is a rare gift to come together and directly experience the healing power of our true nature. And if you feel that call, then together we will meet tenderly in this soft vibrant mystery, strengthened by the unshakeable source of our being.

And our container will be the sacred land of Morocco. Mother Earth. Soft light. Golden sunsets. A Pink dawn. Mint tea and gentle exploration. Healing touch. A place where we walk barefoot, breathe deep, listen to the Silence and lean into the mystery.

There is no special way to be. It is devoted to freedom. And yet we will be held by a gentle container that lives and breathes with us, as us. This container will facilitate deep relaxation, surrender and healing. It will support us as we let go and soften into the arms of love. Because in the end this is where the Heart will always guide us. Home. Into the arms of love.

Kate Abbott and Kate White will be there to support, facilitate and hold this vibrant field of energy. Each in their unique way, supporting your unique unfolding. Deeply rooted and grounded by the Heart.

Through a series of spontaneous and heart led sessions, the group shall meet each day to soften, expand and explore.

We will be immersed in the soothing balm of nature, held by the beauty of our home. There is a pool for cooling swims, shady spots for quiet reflection and cosy nooks to rest by candlelight. We will also have our own cook to nourish us with three vegetarian meals a day.

This truly is a journey of a lifetime.

Kate White and Katie Abbott share a devotion to the unnamable beauty of life and the great mystery. Both in their own way expressing this uniquely through the whole being.

Kate is devoted to truth, simplicity and love. She shares a dynamic and integrated approach to the non dual understanding – inviting us to directly experience the freedom of our true nature.

Katie Abbott is the Founder of Pause Place. She is also a poet and author.

EXAMPLE OF OUR DAILY SCHEDULE

8am to 930am Breakfast

10am to 12pm Morning session

12pm to 4pm Lunch and free time for rest, movement, massage and excursions*

4pm to 6pm Afternoon session

6pm to 830pm dinner

*Please note these are all optional – massage treatments and excursions will have an additional fee.

The price is £1800

This includes accommodation and all meals. Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served throughout the retreat. There is also the option to book special extras like healing massage treatments.

Our accommodation is in a beautiful coastal venue about two hours from Marrakech (the exact location will be shared upon booking). There are six beautiful bedrooms – all of which are shared.

*Please note you will need to organise your own transport to and from the venue – flights and taxis are not included in the retreat price. The arrival time is between 3 and 4pm for our opening at 5pm on the first day. On the last day we will close at 10am.
